Order Cancellation


We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You shoulder submit a "Help Ticket" from "Contact Us" once you decide to cancel the order. For Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

5. If you need to return the product, the shipping fee forth would be subtracted no matter whether it's free shipping fee or not when ordering. Since it's already paid to the courier when shipping. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

Return Address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service in advance, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • If you do really want to return the item back to us, please directly contact us first, and then we will offer you the address of our return center .We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting with us in advance.
  • The returned item should be in brand new condition, we do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, or we have the right to refuse your returning request.
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions,please do not worry about it.
  • Please note that return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@casememe.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@casememe.com and send your item to our warehouse.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
